On the bright side, even though you were swept and lost the final two games on your home floor, people were wondering if you were the series MVP. And thanks to another incredible season, you’ve destroyed all debate about who is the NBA’s best player.

After 15 seasons in the league and eight straight trips to the NBA Finals, you know what is coming: the never-ending conversation about where you go next. The hemming and hawing, the rumor mill, and the conjecture will be inescapable from barbershops to Reddit to ESPN talk shows. It will irritate you through your waking hours and permeate your well-deserved sleeping ones, too.
