Hello.

I’ll be surprised if this message finds you doing well (you’re never doing well); in fact

I’ll be surprised if this message finds you at all.

It’s both FOR you and NOT FOR you,

which is to say,

you inspired it

but

I will not be sending it to your deaf ears or

↫♞ 乃ㄥ丨几ᗪ   乇ㄚ乇丂 ✴↬

to be

not heard,

not seen;

distorted, misconstrued, and embattled.

You can tell all your friends how bad I look (how would you know?);

that I made like a tree and left

when you know that I’m right.

It’s easier to pretend that’s how it happened,

than to listen,

see my point;

attempt to understand.

You just wanted
