These are approximate numbers.

School Loans: $1.5 trillion.

Fiscal Year 2024 Defense Budget: $1 trillion.

Cut the defense budget 10 percent for the next 15 years. I think we can defend ourselves from Canada with a $900 billion budget.

9.  Billionaires.

My policy proposal: your taxes are the exact amount that will reduce your net worth below $1 billion. This happens every year.

8.  Violent Movies.

Just stop with John Wick. Done with realistic war movies. All future releases are comic book action movies and rom coms.

7.  Home Plate Umpires.

Technology already shows us how bad they are. Baseball deserves better.

6.  Running Injuries.

This mostly concerns me personally, but everyone that wants to run should be able to do so injury-free. Even if you do not cross-train or work on your mobility.You can run whenever you want to run.

5.  Lifetime Appointments to the Supreme Court.

I might be okay with 20 years, but that about tops it off. Let’s implement this sooner than later.

4.  Self-Checkout Lanes for All.

You should need to be certified to be able to use the store self-checkout lanes. Pass the test if you want to use the lane.

3.  Parking Garages.

I admit it; I suck at parking. I hate driving in dark, tight spaces. I don’t have the solution, but parking garages need to go.

2.  Hockey Fights.

An actual strategy in hockey when a team is losing is to send out a player who is not really good at hockey to punch someone on the other team. This is supposed to help the team play better. I have an idea: why not just play better before that?

It is not mental health. It is not lost family values. It is not a lack of religion. Thoughts and Prayers do not help.
